The Payton and Dillon Budd Memorial Fund.

Please note, only donations $25 and greater qualify for tax receipts.

The Thomas Alan Budd Foundation was established in 2007 as a way for Thomas Budd and his two sons, Payton Leigh Budd and Dillon Thomas Budd, to help others by giving back to their community.

Following the tragic deaths of his sons, Dillon (2015) and Payton (2017), Tom has expanded his giving to create a separate fund for mental health initiatives.

“After losing both of my teenage sons to suicide I have continued to gain strength and feel joy by supporting my community.

I will be shifting some of my philanthropic focus to the memory of my boys, Payton and Dillon, to honour the caring side of their personalities and recognize the individual struggles they had with emotional and mental health challenges.

In doing so, I have created a new Fund, the
Payton and Dillon Budd Memorial Fund. Our primary focus is raising funds for mental health support, with an emphasis on youth mental health, here in the Okanagan Valley.

The Thomas Alan Budd Foundation will match all donations raised in the Payton and Dillon Budd Memorial fund.”
